In keeping with the tradition of informality, open discussions will be held after each presentation and during the course of live demonstrations. Presentations may be substituted or added, as caseload demands.

Videotapes of selected cases featured at previous Symposia will be available for viewing throughout the entire three days in an area adjacent to the auditorium.

 CANCELLATION POLICY:

Full refunds for registration will be given only if written notice of cancellation is received by December 7, 2007. A 50% refund will be given if written notice is received by January 4, 2008. No refunds will be given after January 4, 2008.
