presentation and during the course of live demonstrations. Presentations may be
substituted or added, as case load demands.
Videotapes of selected cases featured at previous Symposia will be available for
viewing throughout the entire three days in an area adjacent to the auditorium.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Full refunds for registration will be given only if written notice of cancellation is received by Dec. 9th, 2011. A 50% refund will be given if written notice is received by Jan. 6th, 2012. No refunds will be given after Jan. 6th, 2012.

Accreditation/Designation
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and
policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the
joint sponsorship of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the Baker Gordon
Annual Symposium. The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery is accredited by the
ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery designates this educational activity
for a maximum of 23 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should only claim credit
commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
