LIVE SURGERY – THE BAKER GORDON HYBRID SYMPOSIUM
The 55th Baker Gordon Symposium on Cosmetic Surgery will be the first live plastic surgery meeting in the many months since we have faced the challenges of the pandemic. Recognizing the demands for both safety and educational excellence, the 55th Baker Gordon Symposium will be a hybrid meeting offering both live and virtual options for our attendees. Both the live and virtual programs will offer SIMULTANEOUS TRANSLATION IN SPANISH and CME is provided for all registrants of either component of our Symposium.
LIVE MEETING…The Baker Gordon Bubble!
Our foremost concern in holding a live meeting is the safety of both our registrants and our faculty. To ensure safety while maintaining the interactive energy that is the hallmark of our Symposium we are planning the following-THE BAKER GORDON BUBBLE

- Limited registration with a socially distanced meeting hall and exhibition area
- All attendees and faculty will be provided masks which will be required in both the meeting hall, exhibition area and all hotel common areas
- Hand sanitizers will be widely available in both the meeting and exhibit areas.

All registrants for the live meeting will also be registered for the virtual component of the 55th Baker Gordon Symposium and will be able to virtually access and review any portion of the Symposium at their leisure. The virtual component of our Symposium will be hosted on our website through May 4, 2021.
VIRTUAL MEETING
The 55th Baker Gordon Symposium will also be offered on a virtual platform. Registrants for the virtual meeting will have full access to live surgery, interactive video presentations, lectures and panel discussions. Virtual attendees will be able to ask questions live during both the surgery and panel discussions and we will have a dedicated moderator to answer your questions and respond to your comments.
Virtual registrants will be able to view the meeting live or watch it at their leisure as the meeting will be hosted on our website through May 4, 2021. The virtual component will be formatted into sections so registrants can specifically review those portions of the live surgery or presentations that are of special interest.
VIRTUAL ATTENDANCE FEES & REGISTRATION
We recognize the challenges we all face through these difficult times but remain committed to the belief that there is no substitute for a live interactive forum for the exchange of ideas and information to improve the delivery of care for our patients.
If you can travel, we look forward to welcoming you in Miami and promise to deliver not only a great meeting but also a safe environment for educational interchange. For those unable to come to Miami, we promise a virtual meeting which will be both an interactive experience as well as offering the educational excellence that is the hallmark of the Baker Gordon Symposium.
