IMPORTANT REGISTRATION UPDATE

As the Grand Finale approaches, we are faced with the dilemma of extreme demand regarding attendance. At this time, the Ashe Auditorium (our traditional viewing and meeting location) is sold-out.
In our effort to accommodate those physicians who wish to attend, we are creating an ancillary viewing area in our Exhibit Hall, which should provide a comfortable and intimate educational experience. It is our sincere hope that both venues will provide a comparable experience in terms of viewing live surgery demonstrations and lectures as well as provide a similar interaction between faculty and attendees.
The viewing area will include:
1) Two large 85-inch viewing screens to provide an intimate viewing experience comparable to the Ashe Auditorium.
2) An audio link to the Ashe Auditorium to allow questions and interaction with our faculty.
3) A dedicated faculty moderator in the viewing area to facilitate interaction between our attendees and faculty.
4) All registrants are invited to attend our Gala Event at the Ritz Carlton in Key Biscayne.
