REGISTRATION PROCESS AND COST
Physicians can register to view all 3 days or select a specific day or days to view. The registration fee is:
- Virtual Viewing of all 3-day: $1,000.00
- Virtual Viewing of one day: $ 400.00
- Virtual Viewing of two days: $ 800.00
After your registration and payment process is complete you will receive an email notification with the link and your access code to log in to view your selected program day(s). You may view as many times as you like up until June 30, 3021.
